Apr. 13, 2009: This year’s Busworld Asia drew its curtain last weekend. Youngman brought its four new models at the exhibition, among which Youngman JNP6126A attracted wide media attention while Youngman JNP6120S, the first high-speed double-decker with single rear axle, the first of its kind in China, received 2009 ACW BAAV Best Quality Contributor Award.

Under the theme of Innovative Spirit - the Chinese Attitude, exhibitors this year have all put their new products on display. The four new bus & coach models brought by Youngman all feature very unique looks and are equipped with well renowned parts & accessories. Targeted at the overseas market, Youngman JNP6126A adopts integral bus body frame and independent suspension system patented by Neoplan and is equipped with re-circulating ball hydraulic power steering gear and imported engine. Moreover, its streamline look and spacious interior are especially catering to European customers.    

Measuring 12 meters long, Youngman JNP6120S is the first high-speed double-decker with single rear axle. Capable of accommodating of 76 seats at the maximum, the bus boasts higher fuel economy. With such a high passenger capacity, YAO Mingde, president of China Road Transport Association (CRTA) believes that the new bus model promises a very huge potential market.

Two other bus & coach models available at the exhibition are Youngman JNP6122G and JNP6095G. Catering to urban tourism industry, the two buses are of low floor and wide windows.

The winning of this year’s ACW BAAV Best Quality Contributor Award once again shows the bus & coach jury has high regard for Youngman. In the past BAAV award, Youngman grabbed BAAV Best Luxury Coach Award, BAAV Best Urban Coach Award, and BAAV Best Urban Bus Award, etc.
