Among the top ten players, Foton AUV, Golden Dragon, CRRC Electric and Sunwin registered year on year growth. Foton AUV, in particular, recorded a year on year growth of 685.71%. Skywall, Gree Altairnano, BYD, CRRC Electric and Foton AUV also realized month on month growth with Skywall recording a jaw-dropping month on month growth of 9700.00%.
In the first five months this year, the 25 new energy bus makers in China sold 11,368 units new energy buses (length≥6 meters), down by 27.43% year on year. Foton AUV, with a total sales volume of 1,923 units new energy buses, ranked the first place in the market; Golden Dragon came the fourth with a total sales volume of 1,434 units new energy buses.
