When C7 started its journey at Huangshan Scenic Spot, its power volume read 94.8%. When it finished its journey at the North Gate of Huangshan, its power volume read 72.6%. For the 62.1 km journey, C7 only consumed 22.2% of the vehicle’s electricity thanks to its regeneration braking system.

It took C7 three hours to finish the round trip, which is about 118.4 km. Then, C7’s power volume dropped to 54.5%, indicating that for the round trip, the vehicle only consumed 40.3% of its power.

According to sources, summer is usually the travel peak season for Huangshan. Each day, the shuttle bus working in Huangshan travels about 400 km. Once fully recharged, C7 is fully able to meet all requirements for the whole day operation even in the travel peak season.

It has fully demonstrated its high stability, high maneuverability and impressive power. Boasting a competitive continuous driving distance, C7 offers a host of travel comforts for passengers.

As a world cultural and natural heritage site, world geological park, national scenic spot, Huangshan has been actively promoting green transport in recent years.

Measuring 9 meters in length, C7 is equipped with a number of state-of-art technologies, including light-weight aluminum alloy body structure, regeneration braking system, battery heat management, intelligent key system. With a maximum 200 kW power, C7 works particularly well at sharp bends and slopes, thus providing passengers more travel comforts. It is an ideal choice for tourist transportation and rental services.

From December, 2017 to March this year, BYD C7 went through a number of stringent tests in Hailaer, enduring low temperatures ranging from -10℃ to -50℃ and delivering consistently stable performances in various demanding weather conditions.

Since its establishment, BYD has been actively involved in shouldering more social responsibilities. Committed to providing greener transport services, BYD is set to put more environmentally friendly buses on roads.()
