ArvinMeritor Sells Body Systems Business

www.chinabuses.org: It is known from ArvinMeritor Inc. that ArvinMeritor has completed the sale of its body systems business to, which will contribute to the profits of this auto parts supplier of commercial vehicles. The body system business has been purchased by an affiliate of Inteva Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Renco Group, Inc. for 27.3 million USD. The transaction will refer to about 4100 staffs in 16 counties.


According to ChipMcClure, the Chairman of ArvinMeritor that with the transaction they are able to fully focus on their core businesses and realize the financial objective.
