Zonda Electric Bus Project Held Signing Ceremony

English.chinabuses.com: The signing ceremony of Zonda Electric Bus Project was held on Sep. 14. President of Zonda Group Xu Liankuan and Chen Linqing, Deputy Secretary General of Yancheng Government and Deputy Director of development zone Party Committee, signed on the agreement representing each party. The agreement showed that the two sides should base on the principle of equality, voluntariness and mutual benefit to promote the project to be successfully implemented with good faith and effective co-operative attitude.
In the signing ceremony, President Xu Liankuan introduced the recent development of the new engery bus project. He said that in the support of municipal Party Committee, Yancheng Government and the Administrative Committee of Development Zone, the preparation of the project ran smoothly. All the indicators of Zonda pure electric bus were over the national standards, and the key technologies like battery, motor, controller and had got the independent intellectual property rights. Also in July, the 500-kilometer demonstration of Zonda Qingshan pure electric passenger bus had got success in Beijing. In September, the first prototype bus of Zonda Qingshan pure electric bus would be shipped to Europue.
Yancheng Deputy Mayor Cao Hupo gave a speech in the signing ceremony. He said that in face of the impact of financial crisis, we always abided by "accelerate the development of new industries, accelerate the construction of the new platform", adhering to import new industries project, and achieved a major breakthrough in the new energy bus industry. He asked all Units and Departments should provide "zero-barrier, low cost, high-efficiency" service for Zonda Group from the practical needs of the construction of electric bus project to make sure the early operation and early production of the project, and to make contributions to promotion of Yancheng Economic Development Zone industrial as well as the adjustment in the structure.
Still some other leaders attended the ceremony, such as Song Xiaobo, the Deputy Secretary General、Deputy Director of the development zone Party Committee and the Director of the development Zone Administration Committee, lerders of relative Departments, main Principal person of Development Zone, Administration Committee, Economic Development Board, Construction Bureau, Finance Bureau, Human Resources Bureau, Social Welfare Bureau, Environmental Protection Agency, Planning Bureau Branch, Xu Zicai and Xu Shi, the Vice president of Zonda, General Manager of Zonda Ma Xian, ect.
