Hong Qi Shao visited Zonda Bus Manufacture Base recently, accompanied by Deputy Director of Yancheng Foreign Trade and Economy Cooperatin Bureau Xia Dinghua, Chief of Foreign Capital Management Department Lu Jiming, Vice President of Zonda Group Xu Zicai, General Manager of Zonda Bus Ma Xian, ect.
During the visit, General Manager Ma introduced briefly about the development of Zonda bus on international market. He said that Zonda buses had already been exported to more than 70 countries and territories such as the United States, Russia, Singapore, ect. And recently Zonda Bus was actively working in the development and research of new energy bus, to further realize the industrilization of new engery bus. After President Park Cheol Jin got to know that Zonda new engery bus had got success in Beijing demonstration trip, he specially asked to have a try on the YCK6118HEC pure electric bus. During the driving, General Ma stated the policy of new energy bus that the nation’s “Notice on promoting pilot project of energy conservation and new energy vehicle” clearly stated the manufacturing enterprises must ensure the warranty period was not less than 3 years or 150,000 kilometers for key components like battery power. However. Zonda Qingshan pure electric passenger car can drive more than 500 kilometers in one charging, and the battery life was above 500,000 kilometers. It showed that all the technical indicators of the bus were better than the national standards.
President Park Cheol Jin said that South Korea was a country which paid attention to saving engery, it would be a good choice for South Korean bus since Zonda new engery bus had achieved zero emission and alternative of traditional energy. He also said that the visit had given him a new understanding of Zonda Bus Group and hoped to see more and more Zonda buses in Korea.
