CSR Times: The 100th Hybrid City Bus Line off

English.chinabuses.com:Recently, Hunan Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Motor Company (hereinafter referred to as CSR Times) delivered its 100th hybrid city bus to the customer officially. CSR Times also became the first electric bus enterprise to breakthrough the figure "100" in China automotive industry, just after two years of its construction.

As far as April 30, Hunan Zhuazhou city revealed the 3-Year Plan of Electric Public Transportation, according to the market demand, CSR Times has introduced a development of economy electric city bus for three times. Until now, there's amounted 80 units of those buses have entered into daily operation in the Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan public transportation. The market volume will up to 100 units along with another 20 TEG6101PHEV hybrid city buses delivered to Zhuzhou Public Transportation Company.
Based on the data, the hybrid city buses' fuel savings in the range of 40 percent has been demonstrated, compared with the traditional buses.
