New-typed Bus Escape Window Debuts

According to the news from Shenzhen reported that buses equipped with new emergency windows have been put into use in the local. The new adjustable panes can help passengers escape in case of emergency. The emergency windows are fitted in the middle section of bus.

New-typed Bus Escape Window

When the emergency happens in the bus, passengers can rotate a red hand lever and push out the pane. After the opening exceeds 100 degrees, the window will fall down automatically. The buses are also equipped with alarm systems which can alert drivers to emergencies or passenger mis-operation of the windows. There are also emergency switches above both the front and back doors. If the bus powers off, passengers can open doors by turning the switches.
