Since the tenth “Five-Year Plan”, Beijing has allocated nearly RMB 300 million (about USD 43.8863 million) in supporting the development of NEV. According to YANG Weiguang, as the joint conference on NEV will involve people from various government agencies and industries, it will map out the blueprint for Beijing’s NEV development and act as the decision-maker in the near future.
