Mr. Stefan Frantz said: "China's strict emission regulations promote the development of diesel technology, which are the request of the Government to the automobile industry, meantime, they also request relevant enterprises to develop and supply relevant products and technology to meet the regulations. Bosch, as fuel injection technology supplier, provides customers with advanced diesel technology according to request of the market, support customers in developing a new generation clean diesel engines, Bosch's common rail system can nearly cover and match almost all diesel engines used by autos and projects, therefore, the customers can always find a suitable common rail system for themselves. "
In the past year, some people even called it "argument” when talking about the discussions on the "EGR" and "common rail", but Mr. Stefan Frantz said: "I do not call this argument, EGR and common-rail system is only different options in the market, which are for different customers. The reason why customers choose common rail system is because of its own advantages: It’s easy to install common rail system in existing engines, and it’s easy to achieve the emissions, it has good performance and quality, besides, the matured common rail system has very good reliability.
Mr. Stefan Frantz said: "In Europe, diesel passenger autos account for 50%,in China, however, the customers still have the same impression on the diesel engines, such as: " black smoke "," noise ",therefore, they do not want to buy diesel autos; On the other hand, there are not enough models of diesel autos for customers to choose, and customers get no chance to learn the advanced diesel technology.Now,the situation is changing, many diesel passenger autos with Bosch common rail system diesel technology have been sold in the market, and sold well. Particulate matter emission of Euro V diesel engines with Bosch diesel engines technology has down by 98% compared with the early 90s, what people need is just time."
