(hereinafter referred to as " Weichai holding " ,which holds 14.92% of the Company's shares).According to office meeting of Shandong Provincial People's Government’ governor (hereinafter referred to as "meeting summary"), agreed on the reorganization of Weichai holding, Shandong Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd., and set up Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Heavy Industry Group").
According to the meeting summary, after the reorganization, Shandong Heavy Industry Group and its subsidiary companies establish a standard management system, based on "Company Law" and the requirements of modern enterprise system, establish a standard corporate governance structure.
