On the evening of Apr. 22, 2009, the awarding ceremony of the First China Beijing International Exhibition on Buses, Trucks & Components was held in Beijing International Convention Center. Foton AUV’s BJ6123 hybrid coach and BJ6125 integral coach won China Road Transport Cup Best New Energy Coach Prize and Best Road Coach Prize respectively.

Established by Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. on Sept. 16, 2003, Foton AUV is specialized in R&D, production and sale of large- and medium-sized buses & coaches as well as chassis. Boasting fixed assets of RMB 288 million (about USD 42.20 million) and total assets of RMB 690 million (about USD 101.08 million), the bus builder covers a land area of 170,000 square meters and a building area of 78,000 square meters.
