Developed on the basis of a 12-meter bus model exported to Australia, Bonluck all-electric JXK6120 is now the most popular bus model in Australian market. With streamline exterior and spacious interior designed by some accomplished designers from both home and abroad, the model has acquired a number of patents from the government. Moreover, over 100 units have already been sold in such cities as Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane in Australia.   

 

Equipped with 500-plus polymer lithium-ion batteries in total in 15 groups, the bus boasts a maximum speed of 80 km/h and is capable of traveling 280 kilometers after being fully recharged in about three to five hours. While braking, the bus is also able to generate electric energy by itself. Given above, its operation expenses are incredibly low. In addition, it reduces noise significantly compared with the traditional bus.   

 

The reason to choose polymer lithium-ion battery is because it is 75% lighter than lead-acid battery. With long durability and relatively low costs, the battery also generates more energy and is extrusion resistant and short-circuit-proof, thus ensuring the safe operation of the bus.

Bonluck JXK6830, China’s First All-electric Coach with Wheelchair Lift

 

Disguised as a “very slim” model, Bonluck JXK6830 is however, mounted with wheelchair lifting device. Through a few steps of fool-proof operation, the bus is truly barrier-free and extremely convenient for the senior and the physically challenged people to ride.

 

After an optimal design, the body frame of the new bus model is lighter but sturdier. With wider laminated glass which gives passengers panoramic view, the coach boasts novel interior design and more travel amenities for tourists. 

 

As a medium-sized tourist coach developed by Bonluck in 2008, it sells well in Australian market. To date, over 100 units have already been put into service across the continent. Even after the economic crisis broke out in late 2008, the monthly sales volume of the bus once hit a record high of 30-plus units.

 

Bonluck JXK6137, a Classic Model with no Way to Duplicate

 

Bonluck JXK6137 was awarded 2008 Innovation Prize by the bus jury in last year’s Busworld Asia and recognized as the Most Recommended Coach Model in China Buses & Coaches, a well-known annul publication in the industry. Moreover, it is the only tourist coach whose sales volume has exceeded 200 units in China.

In terms of chassis frame, JXK6137 adopts truss square welded steel structure after drawing on the strengths of advanced integral body frame concept, thus reducing the coach weight to the minimum. With zinc-coatings, the square welded steel structure is wholly imported from Australia and is expected to remain in good conditions for at least fifteen years even at the worst driving situations. In the area of power assembly, customers can feel free to choose C13 13L engine from the US-based CAT Co. or M11 11L engine from Commins., thus insuring the coach can meet American’s latest EPA07 emission standards. Also available are a variety of transmissions for customers to select.
