Auto Manufacturers Jobs Cut

Volkswagen announced recently that it wouldn’t continue to ink the contracts of 150 temporary employees at its factory. Nearly 200 workers in the group will have their contracts renewed and the remaining 450 workers will be permanently hired.

Volkswagen was not the only automaker that announced staff dismissal. General Motors also dismissed nearly 744 temporary workers at its factory.

All of auto manufacturers hope the global economy bounces back in 2009. If not, the job cut will be continued happening as the world economy becomes gloomily.
