China Great Wall Motor Wins

GREAT Wall Motor Co, China's largest maker of sport-utility vehicles, claimed victory in a legal tussle in China over allegations that it copied a model made by Fiat SpA, Italy's biggest car maker.

On December 29, the Hebei provincial high court dismissed an appeal by Fiat Group Automobiles SpA against a lower court's decision, Great Wall announced in a statement to Hong Kong's stock exchange yesterday.
