ATS—Auto Temperature-control cooling System of engine, is a main product of Elion Technology. At the Beijing Engineering Machinery & Technology Exhibition, Elion brought two sets of latest engine cooling systems on display, one of which boasts integrated engine systems and the other independent enginee systems. The two cooling systems chiefly used on most engineering machinery, such as excavators and loaders. Apart from the above-mentioned two products, Elion also displayed two independently developed intelligent induction wind machines (IDC) and its latest water pumps and sensors. Nowadays, Elion Technology is involved in independent R&D, production and sales of a number of parts for commercial vehicles.
Different from traditional cooling systems, Elion products can effectively cut the energy consumption of cooling system as they are able to seperately control the hydraulic oil cooling system, central cooling system, water cooling system, and torque converter cooling system. In addition, its intelligent induction wind machine can monitor the temperatures of engines in real time and thus adjust the speed of fans and reduce temperature accordingly.
Currently, Elion supplies its products to dozens of enterprises in the field of engineering machinery, including loaders, self-unloading machines used in mines, heavy-duty excavators, etc. Elion has also set up strategic ties with two leading brands in the industry in an effort to roll out more competitive products to meet customers' rising demands.
