Production and sales reached 3.0154 million units and 3.0891 million units, decreasing by 7.73% and 10.41% year-on-year. 11 manufacturers produced averagely 10,000 diesel engines monthly, including Yuchai, Quanchai, FAW, Weichai, Yunnei, JMC, Dongfeng, Yangchai, Huayuan Laidong, Chaochai and Foton.
