Yuchai Strengthens its Cooperation with Zhongqi to Explore the Overseas Market

www.chinabuses.org: Zhang Fusheng, general manager of Zhongqi Automotive Industry Import and Export Company (hereinafter referred to as Zhongqi) and Lou Zhigang, viece general manager of Zongqi, and his party have visited Yuchai. Yan Ping, the chairman of the board, and Wu Qiwei, general manager of Share Holding Company has met the guests. The two parties hold talks in terms of the import and export issues of engine and engine components. The two parties will further their cooperation, jointly exploring the overseas market and achieving win-win cooperation.
Zongqi imports and exports automobile and auto components and has many permanent trade organizations overseas. It has opened market in North America, Asia, Latin America and Australia and has established stable business relationship with more than 70 countries and regions in the world. Yuchai, in March 2006, through cooperation with Zhongqi, has achieved large quantity of export. Since then, the cooperation between Yuchai and Zhongqi has opened a new page.
With the establishment of operation concept of “build a world-renowned brand and achieve a large multinational group” and “excellent quality, international Yuchai”, Yuchai has taken a key step in the internationalization process. At present, Yucha has proposed to further explore the overseas market: during the 12th five year plan, to enter the market of North America and West European countries and achieve engine export of 0.3 million units that accounts for 35% of the total annual sales.
It is understood that, from January to April 2011, the export of engines (including supporting part of the vehicles) in South America, Russia and Vietnam has warmed up.
