Yuchai to Deepen Works with CSR

www.chinabuses.org: On 15 July 2010, the leaders of Yuchai Group, including Yan Ping, the president of the board visited China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock (thereinafter CSR for short) in Beijing and made deep communication with Zhao Xiaogang, the chairman of the board of CSR and other leaders. Both parties made an agreement for the details for cooperation.

Gu Tansheng, the president of Yuchai Group, Zhang Zhengqing, the chairman of Ziyang company, Li Hanyang, the chief engineer of Yuchai Group, Zheng Changhong, the vice chairman of CSR, Guo Bingqiang, the director of the Work Committee and Sun Xuejun, the deputy chief engineer attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Yan Ping firstly introduced the basic condition of Yuchai and expressed that they aimed to promote studying each other, show the working process about Ziyang Company of Yuchai Group to CSR and expected to deepen the comprehensive cooperation with CSR for this visit.
Zhao Xiaogang clarified the newest business mode of "asset-light, technology-oriented" for CSR and showed his opinion of domestic ship machinery industry, the prospects for electric vehicles and hybrid power. He indicated that they would fully respect the decision-making of Yuchai in the respect of system, based on cooperation.
