ZF AMT to Apply in Batch in Suzhou

www.chinabuses.org: On 14 April 2010, Suzhou Industrial Park Public Transport Company signed cooperative memorandum with ZF Drivetech(Suzhou)Co.,Ltd in Pinghu Jiulongshan. The former will purchase 20 ZF-AS Tronic Lite transmissions and apply them to the buses in the Suzhou Industrial Park.

Zheng Guishun, the deputy general manager of Suzhou Industrial Park Public Transport Company showed that it was the major reason why they chose ZF AMT that "energy-conservation, comfort and economy". In early 2009, Suzhou Industrial Park Public Transport Company has observed the buses with this type of transmissions in Shanghai. This model was still in testing stage then. Bus the testing result was satisfactory in recent two years, the fuel-consumption could reduce 5-6% to an extreme compared with MT and its price was quite advantageous in comparison with AT.

Mr. Zheng said that ZF Drivetech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd would supply full training of driving, maintanance and repairs. They were confident of not only ZF product quality but also after-sales service.
