DFAC Sells almost 70,000 Vehicles and 57,000 Engines in the first Quarter

www.chinabuses.org: According to Business Department of Dongfeng Automobile Co.,Ltd.(DFAC), Dongfeng Automobile hits a new high in its main business sales: 69,210 light-duty commercial vehicles, year-on-year growth of 60.94% and 56,900 engines, year-on-year growth of 152%. It makes new single-month sales record in March: 34,123 vehicles, year-on-year growth of 55.5% and 21,000 engines, year-on-year growth of 119.5%.
In the first quarter, DFAC made achievements in the marketing competition of "1+4+1"automobile business (pick-up, tourist vehicle, engineering van, Changzhou Dongfeng, overseas exporting, Zhengzhou Nissan).As the main marketing force, Dongfeng-Yulon and Zhengzhou Nissan perform well in particular. Dongfeng-Yulon: the accumulated sales volume reaches 30,124 vehicles and 2,734 high-end light trucks, year-on-year growth of these two items comes to 73.4%; Zhengzhou Nissan:the accumulated sales volume reaches 20,160 vehicles with year-on-year growth of 109%, equaling to the sales volume of a whole year before joining in DFAC.
In the first quarter, it exports 2,055 vehicles with year-on-year growth of nearly 80%; it sells 2,506 mini-vehicles with year-on-year growth of nearly 19%; the tourist vehicle company remains the positive growth.
