Qijiang Gear Successfully Develops Hybrid Power Angle Transmissions

www.chinabuses.org: It is the trend to realize fuel-saving and environment protection for the low carbon vehicles. Qijiang Gear Transmission Co., Ltd (QJGT) researched and developed the QJ805J angle transmissions for the hybrid power buses based on the customers' requirements.
The QJ805J angel transmissions comply with the design requirements in transmission ratio, torque, rated power, peak power, max. output rotary speed, bevel gear pair (Grinding rack required) and assembly noise. A pair of new bevel gearings is made on the transmission output end. The difficult point is the high temperature caused by the high speed of the rotation of motor and the set-up of the bevel gear pair. The QJGT design staff obtained good effect and met the demands of both the design and customers through debugging as well as heat rum test with scientific and determined attitude.
This kind of transmission has launched the market and will consolidate and improve the shares of QJGT products in the bus market as the new growth point.
