English.chinabuses.com: Yuchai recently made a great achievement on external cooperation. Yuchai Machinery Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yuchai) and JIANGXI CHANGYUN CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Changyun) has cooperated over the past several years and gradually developed a mature partnership. They signed the intent agreement of strategic cooperation between Yuchai and Changyun that means the cooperation has reached a new strategic height on Aug. 5.
The same day, a team led by general manager of Changyun Li Miao visited Yuchai. General manager of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. Li Tiansheng, vice general manager Wu Qiwei, general manager of Yuchai Franchise Sales Co., Ltd Chen Qixian gave the guests warm welcome. The signing ceremony of the establishment of strategic partnership was held. The representatives from both parties, Li Tiansheng and Li Miao addressed that the relationship between supplier and client has been promoted to strategic partnership.
During the meeting, Li Miao said that Changyun and Yuchai have been keeping a good development trend. He thanked Yuchai for the sharing of advanced technologies. Changyun has been a leading company in domestic passenger transportation industry. Yuchai is a giant in domestic production industry of internal combustion engine. In addition, both companies have firmed foundation for cooperation because they are both listed companies with good prestige. The team inspected Yuchai’s testing machine workshop and processing workshop and had the introduction on Yuchai’s national-3, national-4 bus engine and gas engine. By the thorough survey of Yuchai’s technology advantage and regulated advanced management, Changyun’s confidence on building up strategic partnership with Yuchai was enhanced.
Li Tiansheng thanked the Jiangxi Changyun to cooperate with Yuchai. He also stressed that it was necessary to build up strategic partnership to realize the sharing of strengthens, which would also be a protection for mutual benefit and win-win development. Both parties should expand the cooperation scale for further development.
According to the agreement, Yuchai and Jiangxi Changyun will improve the cooperation in terms of new product trial, logistics, batch-type production of engine, lubricating oil, components price, after-sale services, and branch setup. Both parties will support each other in operation, technology and relevant preferential policies.
