Weichai Launches Landking National IV Engines

The Weichai Power announced on July 6 that its upgrade Weichai Landking National IV engine is to be sold in the market, which will undergo matching trial with Beiqi Foton, the strategy cooperation between the two parties will be further strengthened .Currently, National IV standard is not officially announced.
The upgrade Weichai Landking National IV engines originate from Weichai Landking WP12 series 12L mature model, based on the upgrade the electrically controlled system, its control unit ,supply unit, and cost are better, it also owns low emission, high economy, high power and high driving comfortableness, owns National IV diesel engines core technology. Foton signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Weichai in June 28, 2008.The two parties strengthen the cooperation in product chain cooperation innovation, enhance resource deployment efficiency, jointly develop the market and construct market service network and so on.
It is reported that Weichai Power will jointly register and own core power brand “Weichai Euro V Power”.
