Germany's Robert Bosch, has offered to buy up to 20 percent of the shares in unit Bosch Chassis Systems India at a maximum price of 600 rupees each, according to a newspaper notice on Thursday.
The offer by the German firm, which holds 80 percent in its Indian unit through Robert Bosch and Robert Bosch Investment Nederland, is part of its plan to delist the Indian unit.
The bid opens August 4 and closes August 8.
This is Robert Bosch's second buyback offer this year after it rejected the final price of 750 rupees a share that was established through a reverse book building process.
