Jinan Public Transportation Group invited public bidding for BRT lines in the middle of July, 2009, of which, 18-meter BRT buses are 40 units, 12-meter BRT buses 20 units. Youngman Bus, Huanghai Bus, Xiamen Kinglong, Suzhou Kinglong, Zhongtong Bus attended the public bidding. Youngman won the final public bidding of 60 units’ buses.


Jinan Public Transportation Group is a state-owned company, which has a history of more than 60 years. Recently, in the care and leadership of Shandong provincial party committee, provincial government, Jinan municipal party committee, Jinan municipal government, transportation in Jinan develops quickly. In order to further promote public transportation service level and equipment level, to meet the demand of passengers, to enhance the service and city image, to make preparations for the upcoming 11th National Games, Jinan invited the public bidding.  

 


Youngman got buses purchase order from Jinan at the end of 2007, and it got 60 units order again one year later, all because of its buses’ high quality, high stability, and low oil consumption. It is learned that the buses will run in the main lines in Jinan.
