Fast Growing of Diesel Buses in China in 2010

www.chinabuses.org:According to the statistics from China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, the sales volume of China buses and coaches is 414,500 units, year-on-year growth of 27.66%, sales-output ratio of 99.28% in 2010.
The obviously biggest sales growth is shown at large buses (75,800 units, year-on-year growth of 43.15%) and the sales of light and medium buses are as followed: light buses (260,400 units, year-on-year growth of 28.06%; medium buses: (78,300 units, year-on-year growth of 14.47%). The sales-output ratio of light, large and medium buses reach 99.77%, 98.31% and 98.49% respectively, slightly lower than last year.
In addition, based on the fuel type, the sales of both diesel and gasoline buses are obviously better than last year, in particular, the diesel buses increase fast in 2010 (280,400 units, year-on-year growth of 32.90%). The sales volume of gasoline buses come to 120,100 units, year-on-year growth of 17.53% and the sales volume of the buses with other types is 14,000 units, year-on-year growth of 21.42%.
