Golden Dragon bus ranks the first among these buses with advanced technology, reliable products and actual operation in Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and Kunming. In 2010, Kaikou city is one of 20 national demonstration cities for new energy vehicles. This city will increasingly promote new energy coaches to implement the development strategy of international tourism city and the concept of low carbon, energy-saving and environment-protection.

In the discussion meeting for implementation plan, four ministries (Finance, Science and Technology, Industry and Information Technology, National Development and Reform Commission) passed through the demonstration and promotion plan for new energy vehicles. According to the plan, there will be 1050 new energy vehicles involved in the demonstration operation in Haikou by the end of 2012. And it plans to establish complete application and management system for energy-saving and new energy vehicle promotion in 2012 and realize the promotion of 1050 new energy vehicles, referring to public transport, public affairs, taxi cars, vehicle renting, sightseeing and public service within 3 years.
