www.chinabuses.org: According to statistics of ninety-seven bus manufacturers from CAAM, sales of buses in July decreased over June, and sales in the first seven months were 200,000 units, slower than that of the first half year.

31,700 buses were sold out in July, down 12.14% over June and up 22.49% over last year, and production and sales radio were 103.80%. Sales of large buses decreased clearly, and then it came light buses and medium buses over June. 5,882 large buses were sold out, down 14.82% over June and up 47.01% over last year, and the production and sales ratio were 97.27%. 5,777 medium buses were sold, down 9.95% over June and up 4.62% over last year. And 20,258 light buses were sold, down 11.94% over June and up 22.53% over last year, and production and sales ratio were 109.16%.

Accumulative sales were 227,700 units from January to July, up 36.29%, and production and sales ratio were 102.29%. And sales of large, medium and light buses were 37,700 units, 39,900 units, and 150,100 units, up 67.01%, 18.02% and 35.61%.

In terms of sales areas, sales of the six areas increased steadily, though not as fast as the first half year. Sales of buses in East China were 65,300 units, up 38.93% over last year; sales of buses in South China were 34,900 units, up 35.74% over last year; sales of buses in South China were 34,900 units, up 35.74% over last year; sales of buses in North China were 32,900 units, up 49.17% over last year; sales of buses in Southwest China were 20,100 units, up 32.29% over last year; sales of buses in Northeast China were 18,100 units, up 13.40% over last year; sales of buses in Northwast China were 14,100 units, up 29.22% over last year.

In terms of segment markets, sales of tourism buses and special buses increased the most.

And the top ten bus builders on sales were Brilliance Jinbei, JMC, Zhengzhou Yutong, Nanjing IVECO, King Long, Beiqi Foton, Golden Dragon, Higer, Shaolin and Zhongtong.
