www.chinabuses.org: In the morning of 3 August 2010, Qiqihar Construction Bureau, Planning Bureau, Longsha District Committee, District Government and related departments speed up the process of the construction of new energy bus project, simplified the procedures and issued the builders'  licence on scene to the constructor to make sure the starting of this project within this month.
