www.chinabuses.org:  Recently, the Jinlin Province Government has issued the notice about the implementation of the related spirits of energy-saving and emission-reducing from the State Council.

In 2010, the emission of COD should be controlled within 360,800 tons, 35,600 tons reduced; the emission of SO2 should be controlled within 363,000 tons, 26,900 tons reduces. The energy consumption of unit GDP should reduce 5.6%. Based on the current 50 gas-electric hybrid power buses in operation, there will be another 50 new ones in 2010.

The accountability will be undertaken for the region, department and unit where the emission-reducing can not be realized at the end of 2010.
