www.chinabuses.org: On June 13, 2010, Vice Minister of Transportation Weng Mengyong inspected Yutong Bus and listened to reports about “Rescue and relief work” and “Vehicle networking” by Institute of Ministry of Transportation and Yutong Bus. He highly praised the two programs and attended signing ceremony.

Mr. Weng pointed out that traffic and infrastructure construction is vital to the development of economy. And it is an important issue for related department to improve ability of rescue and relief working. Institute of Ministry of Transportation has profound understanding of emergency command and scheduling system, and Yutong Bus is rather strong on vehicle manufacturing, and he is rather confident on the cooperation between the two parts.

  
To vehicle networking program, Mr. Weng stated that it is not only good for the overall management of passenger transportation levels, but also convenient for supervision of energy-saving and emission reduction.
