The regulations, which will be carried out in July this year, rules that double-deckers and articulators cannot be used as school bus, so public transport buses, middle buses even conventional buses and mini buses cannot be used as primary school buses casually, and safety of primary students, whose ability of escaping and self-help are far weaker than adults, will be greatly protected. The so-called special primary-school bus means school bus which can convey more than ten six-twelve-year-old students in primary school. School Bus Identification was carried out this January, ruling that bodywork of school bus should be yellow; there should be two scutcheons with yellow, red and white color, placed on lower right of front windscreen and proper place on the rear windscreen marking accommodation capacity, school name, and driver and routing.
