According to the news from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China reveals that Xiamen Kinglong United Automotive Industry Co., Ltd (Kinglong for short as below) passed the National Examination of New-energy Auto Production Access on June 19, 2009. It is a significant moment for Kinglong because it means that Kinglong has related qualification to produce new-energy buses.

Auto experts from China Vehicle Technology Service Center, China Automotive Technology & Research Center and Beijing 201 Vehicle Dynamic Battery Laboratory carefully inspect Kinglong hybrid bus model XMQ6125GH. Through inspection of its technology and fuel consumption, the jury believes that Kinglong has relevant productive ability to produce new-energy buses and coaches.

Kinglong Hybrid Bus

Established in 1988 with the headquarter locating in Xiamen, Kinglong professionally deals with research, development, manufacturing and marketing of large and medium size coach. With an annual production capacity of 30000 units, Kinglong has been able to manufacture more than 200 kinds of products ranging from 4.5m to 18m, which include touring buses, coaches, buses, passenger cars and special vehicles.
