723 China Buses Deliver World-Class Transport for Africa Top Football Tournament

21 December 2025 – The continent's most celebrated football festival kicked off today in Morocco, hosting 24 national teams. Providing seamless mobility for players, officials, and fans across match venues is a fleet of 723 Yutong buses, backed by a professional support team of more than 100. Operating in five Moroccan cities – four of which are host venues – the fleet is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transport throughout the tournament.

Reliable Support, Every Kilometre

The demands of Africa's premier sporting event require flawless logistical execution. Starting in September, all 723 Yutong vehicles arrived in Morocco and underwent local calibration. A dedicated task force of over 100 engineers and technicians began prepositioning spare parts and training local partners months in advance. Through multi-round inspections, scheduled deep maintenance, and 24/7 rapid-response protocols, every vehicle will be maintained in peak condition from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.

Engineered for Morocco, Built to Last

Morocco's diverse terrain, variable climate, and dense urban environments called for a customised mobility solution. Yutong dispatched R&D teams to conduct on-site surveys of road conditions, weather patterns, and passenger flow before delivering a fleet designed for a 20-year or 2-million-kilometre service life. After the tournament, these same buses will be integrated into Morocco's urban transit systems, offering citizens an upgraded daily commuting experience.
