Special design for Europe

The New V Series has been in development for three years, during which our technical experts have stayed for long-term in frontline markets for in-depth research. With forward development and full IPD process, the series seamlessly incorporates an innovative 3D modular design, intelligent domain control technology, and advanced manufacturing. Covering the full range from 8 to 14 meters and accommodating all power types, the New V Series offer exceptional adaptability for a wide variety of scenarios. It is competent at diverse operational needs like passenger buses, tourist buses, coaches, school buses, intercity coaches, and city buses. The New V Series feature a platform-based, modular design approach, resulting in a significant increase in parts commonality and a 58% reduction in parts types. The luggage compartment volume has been expanded by 21.6%, with luggage doors now opening up to 140 degrees for greater convenience. The front wall’s openable design, combined with SMC composite material bumpers and central front panels, delivers a lighter body while maintaining overall vehicle rigidity. These innovations enhance the vehicle’s economy, ease of maintenance, and resistance to corrosion.

Building on this foundation, the New V Series electric models have been adaptively developed to meet European technical standards. This ensures safety and comfort while allowing for bespoke solutions tailored to various application scenarios, precisely addressing the personalized needs of customers across Europe. Leveraging China’s advanced, independently developed "battery, motor, and electric control" technology, the New V Series is poised to accelerate the global bus industry’s transition towards new energy and high-end development.

Taking the V12E Pro as an example, our flagship luxury coach showcased at the event, as an example. Custom-designed for Icelandic customers, this model boasts a standard range of 500 kilometers. Its battery box features advanced nitrogen protection and a dedicated thermal management air-conditioning system to ensure optimal performance. With a spacious 12.4-meter length and an exterior height of 3.85 meters, the V12E Pro offers generous interior space, with aisle seats that can slide laterally to further enhance passenger mobility. Thanks to optimized layout engineering, it is the first 12-meter electric coach to achieve a luggage compartment capacity exceeding 10m³. The coach operates at an overall noise level 2 decibels below the European standard. Passengers are treated to a refined interior featuring premium carpeting, amber ambient lighting, high-speed rail-style pull-down curtains, and ergonomically designed seats. Every seat comes standard with a headrest, footrest, and entertainment touchscreen, offering access to movies, music, games, and more for a truly enjoyable travel experience. Notably, this model is designed with the diverse needs of passengers in mind. It features a wheelchair lift seamlessly integrated beneath the mid-door step, a flexible platform that can be added to the wheelchair area, and removable, easily installable seats.
