Zhongtong N-Series Electric Buses Delivered to Concepción, Chile

Following the successful dispatch of 895 Zhongtong electric buses to Santiago, the capital of Chile, another batch of Zhongtong electric buses has recently been delivered to Concepción, the capital of Bío Bío Region in Chile. These buses mark the first batch of new energy vehicles introduced to the area.

The buses delivered to Concepción are Zhongtong N8 low-floor electric buses. The delivery ceremony was attended by Chilean Transport Minister Juan Carlos Muñoz, Bío Bío Region Governor Sergio Jiménez García, and other government representatives, who all spoke at the event.

After personally experiencing the Zhongtong bus, Minister Juan Carlos Muñoz expressed his high praise: "Zhongtong's electric vehicles are smooth, safe, and pollution-free. Their design is also very human-centered, taking into account the needs of disabled passengers. The buses are also equipped with USB charging ports for passengers, onboard Wi-Fi, and safety monitoring systems, which further ensure the convenience and safety of driving and riding."

This batch of electric buses represents the first new energy vehicle fleet in Concepción. It is a significant measure by the local government to improve the public transportation environment and optimize people's travel methods. With the gradual operation of these vehicles, Concepción is set to enter a truly green travel era.
