On Jun. 15, the 20th World Brand Summit, organized by World Brand Lab, was held in Beijing. At the summit, the 20th edition of the list of China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands was released. With a total value of 78.718 billion RMB this year, Higer ranked the 129th place in the list.
As China lifted COVID-19 restrictions in late 2022, the transportation market has been gradually recovering. In Beijing Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone, 10 units 10.5-meter Higer KLQ6106GAFCEV9 buses, the first hydrogen fuel cell bus fleet, were ushering in a brand new era of green public transport in the capital city. In addition, 20 units Higer KLQ6106GAFCEV9 buses have been working smoothly in Jinzhai County, Liu’an, Anhui Province. In late April, Higer delivered 63 units KLQ6909 KAE travel coaches to CITS (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. and put over 30 units travel coaches on the major travel routes in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia. In Xi’an, a major tourist destination, nearly 100 units Higer buses were put into service for the high-end commuting and rental service market.
Apart from its robust growth in China, Higer delivered 200 units city buses to Ethiopia, which greatly improved the public transport network in Addis Ababa, the capital city of the country. In addition, 780 units Higer high-end buses with a total value of over 400 million RMB, were shipped to Saudi Arabia earlier, making it the largest bus export to the country this year. According to Higer, nearly 4,000 units Higer buses & coaches, including city buses, school buses, tourist coaches, etc., are currently working smoothly in Saudi Arabia.
Presently, Higer is making relentless efforts to go global, helping cities across the world reach carbon peaking and carbon neutralization. Its hydrogen fuel cell bus can get a hydrogen refill in just 5-10 minutes and drive 340 km continuously.
