On August, 18, 200 units Geely electric buses arrived in Zibo, Shandong Province, ushering in a brand new era of greener public transportation. As the first batch of electric buses produced by Geely’s bus manufacturing base in Zibo, they generate zero carbon emissions and less noises, achieve higher energy efficiency and higher safety standards and provide more travel comforts. In addition, they are highly adaptable to various demanding weather conditions and road conditions.
Earlier this year, 80 units Geely hydrogen fuel cell buses successfully served 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, fully showcasing their high reliability and formidable competitiveness. Currently, Geely 6-meter electric city buses and 8-meter intercity buses have made their way to Ningbo and Jinzhong, etc. So far, Geely buses have been in smooth operation in over 50 major cities across China. In addition, they have been under trial operation in Thailand, New Zealand, etc.
