In February, six units 12-meter Foton AUV electric city buses officially started operation on Gozo Island in Malta, becoming the first batch of electric buses in operation in the country.
On May 3, 70 Units Foton AUV electric city buses officially started operation on Santa Rosa Avenue in the south of Santiago Metropolitan Area, Chile.
In February, Foton AUV buses were delivered to the east Auckland area, New Zealand for operation; in April, Foton AUV electric city bus, the first electric bus in New Zealand, officially started operation in the south Auckland area.
In the domestic market, Foton AUV also delivered a stunning performance in the first half of 2022.
On March 31, Foton AUV successfully secured an order of 2,220 units new energy buses from Beijing Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. According to the bus maker, it will deliver all vehicles by June, 30, 2023.
In earlier January, Foton AUV BJ6906 intercity buses started operation in Baoding, Hebei Province; later that month, Foton AUV BJ6906 intercity buses arrived in Fujian Province for operation; On China’s Lantern Festival, Foton AUV BJ6116 and BJ6117 intercity buses started operation in Benxi, Liaoning Province.
In February, Foton AUV BJ6906 and BJ6132 intercity buses arrived in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province for operation; in the same month, Foton AUV school buses were delivered to a school bus operator in Beijing for operation; later that month, another batch of Foton AUV school buses were delivered to Guangzhou for operation.
In March, Foton AUV delivered 153 units BJ6116 and BJ6706 school buses to Guosheng School Bus Service Group Co., Ltd., Dongguan, Guangdong Province. Also, it delivered a batch of school buses to Dongguan Shun’an for operation. In the same month, Foton AUV Bj6126 and BJ6906 intercity buses were delivered to Yangtze River Tourist Transportation Service for operation.
On May 24, Guangzhou Tongda bought a batch of BJ6122 intercity buses for commuting services from Foton AUV.
On June 2, the first batch of Foton AUV BJ6126 intercity buses started operation in Jinzhou, Liaoning Province; on June 14, Foton AUV BJ6851 electric city buses arrived in Anqing, Anhui Province for operation, providing greener and more convenient transportation services for local residents.
