Cixi Public Transportation Company is consisted of Cixi Automotive Transportation Company, Cixi Datong Transportation Company and Cixi Public Transportation and established in May of 2010 according to integrated guidance of Cixi Municipal Government for urban-rural public transportation integration.
In accordance with Gong Jianbo, 110 Golden Dragon buses into the operation of different 9 routes aroused approval of citizens, especially for the larger internal space of larger and longer buses on Route 2 and 16. 12m and 7m buses replace the original 10m and 6m buses allowing much more space compared with crowded carriage in the past.
