Founded in 1971, Zhongtong Bus is a prestigious bus manufacturer for forty years. But still, there are some gaps between Yutong, King Long, Higer etc top China bus builders. Zhongtong Bus is challenging these problems to make profound improvement.

Zhongtong bus is starting second undertaking to make through reforms on products, marketing, R&D as well as after-sales services. Since early 2011, Zhongtong Bus started to improve salaries of their employees and give them more respects and stimulate their positivity and creativity to treat their job as career.

Zhongtong Bus set their development targets in 2011, including 600 million Yuan more sales revenues, more than 10,000 buses to be sold, and their production value will amount to ten billion Yuan in five or six years.
Mr.Sun Qingmin has been workshop director, sales manager, deputy general manager of Zhongtong Bus. Mr. Sun said that it is trusts from board of directors and he cannot be slightly loosening.
Mr. Sun sent out his first gift on the first week after assuming office. And salaries for some employees even doubled. And his first ticket was given a senior management for inefficiency. And he stressed the importance of management.
He also established better environment for staffs to conduct R&D jobs, including advanced equipments and comfortable working spaces.
He also convened many meeting on marketing, technology, production, supply as well as logistics.
Zhongtong Bus will still aim to develop new energy international markets. As a pioneer on developing new energy buses, Zhongtong bus gathered significant experience. In recent years, central government place energy-saving and new energy auto as a strategic industry, and Zhongtong Bus deems it as a solid foundation to forward development.
