With a capacity of 120,000 sets of transmissions annually, the company has fixed assets of 480 million Yuan, covering 72,564 m2 of floor area and has over 1,700 employees. The company has over 1,600 sets of equipment, of which there are over 300 sets of high efficient and precise CNC equipments. It implements TS16949 Quality Management System and passes the international quality system certification. In additionally, it also passed China Compulsory Certification (CCC), ISO24001 and OHSAS28001 Environment/Occupational Health Safety Management System Assessment and so on. The company implements TPS management system, which further improves the original lean management system.
With the primary task of raising heavy duty transmission capacity, three investments totally nearly one billion RMB has been investing. The company will reach integrated capacity of 286 thousand sets of transmissions annually, including 200 thousand sets of heavy duty transmissions that will meet requirements home and abroad.
