54 Yangtse Environmental Buses to Run in Jiujiang

www.chinabuses.org: On 27 January 2010, Jiujiang Public Transport Group purchased 54 Dongfeng Yangtse environmental buses with almost 2.93 million USD for No.15, No.17, No.21, No.23, No.25 and No.27 bus lines and planed to apply them before the Spring Festival. By far, the environmental buses of this company have reached nearly 50%.

These new buses are 8.2 meters long and equipped with nice appearance, human-centered interior design, blue chairs, the orange special seats for the old, the young, the sick, the disabled and the pregnant, obvious sign, better engine and Guo Ⅲ emission. The color matching shows peaceful atmosphere.
It is the implementation of the policy of "public transport first" of the municipal government and the department of communications to apply environmental buses and also is necessary for the development of the city public transport company. Recently, Jiujiang Public Transport Group brought some dual fuel environmental vehicles in succession and these new 54 buses promote the hardware equipments to a new level.
