When delivering the 197 BRT buses, leaders of Youngman decided to provide 30 luxury coaches for transportation of athletes, volunteers and spectators for free! Some vehicles were returned to production line to remodel as request from National Games Organizing Committee. In addition, professional training staffs were assigned to Jinan Public Transport Company to avoid insufficient running in period and they made detailed programs to guarantee smooth and best service.
To ensure absolute success, 11 skillful service personnel were called up by Chen Maoqi; some persons have been specially assigned to Jinan Olympic Center Gymnasium, Jinan Public Transport BRT Company and central accessories storehouse. Multi-prediction schemes have been prepared to strike actively since vehicles scatters and traffic lines are not stable. They wait service vehicles in advance, and when vehicles arrive they will ask vehicle operation actively.
