Busworld
Asia Exhibition 2005 Review | The
grand opening of Busworld Asia 2005 is going to be held again in the Shanghai
New International Expo Centre from March 15-17, 2005. The organizers will hold
a first class bus and coach exhibitions in Asia making full use of their global
network and ample experience. The application process will begin in July 2004.
Organizer representatives will tour well-known Chinese bus firms before
the show. Through face-to-face negotiations with bus and coach builders, new business
relationships will be forged at Busworld Asia 2005, and the quality of the exhibition
will be brought to a higher level. |

¨C stand for Beroepsvereniging van Autobus ¨C en Autocarondenmers van
West ¨C Vlaanderen, the West ¨C Flemish Bus and Coach Operators Council,
the union of bus owners of a province in Belgium, the hear of Europe, which was
founded in 1928. In 1971 BAAV started to organize a bi-annual show of buses and
coaches in the city ¨C halls of Kortrijk , a small town near the French border,
that did become since then the center of the European world of buses and coaches.

Civil Engineering Society Public Transport Society, founded on August 8, 1979,
is a sub-society under China Civil Engineering Society. It is an academic organization
of managers from public transport enterprises and China public transport professionals.
The society has a council and a standing committee of the council. The Council
members are elected through vote of representatives taking place once every 4
years. The present council is the sixth one. China Civil Engineering Society Public
Transport Society is a member of the Union of International Public Transport (UITP).
