The combined sales of the top five stood at 4,755 units, accounting for 74.79% of the total sales of large buses in the same month.
In August, China sold 6,665 units of medium buses, including non-complete buses, up by 2.74% month on month and up by 4.40% year on year. The top five winners are Yutong, Dongfeng, JAC, Higer and King Long. The combined sales of five reached 4,681 units, accounting for 70.23% of the overall sales of medium buses in the same month.
In August, China sold 31,571 units of light buses, including non-complete buses, up by 7.41% month on month and down by 12.81% year on year, slightly narrowed compared with last month's -13.15%. Jiangling, Brilliance, Dongfeng, Naveco and Golden Dragon ranked the top five bus makers. Their combined sales in August registered at 17,661 units, accounting for 55.94% of the total sales of light buses in the same month.
