According to the industry statistic from www.chinabuses.com, it is shown that in Jan. - March 2012, it sells 1,587 units of new energy buses in China, which declines 16.9 percent of the same period of 2011. Before the year of 2010, the sales growth of the new energy buses were high, which shows the good potential of the new energy buses. However, in the first quarter of 2012, the sales growth of the new energy buses are in negative, which decline 16.9 percent from the first quarter of 2011.
In the first quarter of 2012, the sales of the medium new energy buses decrease most among the total sales of the new energy buses. That is to say, the sales of the new energy buses among 7-meter to 10-meter long decrease most. And the large new energy buses decrease least.
Among the sales of the new energy buses, the biggest market share is the large new energy bus, then followed by the medium energy buses and the last is the small new energy buses.
