Part One: Sales Analysis of China Mainstream School Bus Builders in Jan. 2012
Among the China school bus markets, the sales of Yutong school buses is the biggest which accounts for 40.38% market shares in the school bus market. Based on the various lengths of school buses, the sales of 6 m -7m school buses is the biggest and the second one is the 6 m -7m school buses.
Based on statistics from 50 mainstream bus builders in China from Chinabuses.com research center, 1,652 units of school buses were totally sold in Jan. 2012. The total sales of the top fifteen bus builders were 1,645 units, which amounts for 99.58% of the total school bus' sales. The following is the analysis data of the top fifteen bus builders:

From above data, it is seen that
1. The sales of the school buses more than 100 units are Yutong Bus, Dongfeng Bus, Chang'an Bus and Dongfeng Xiangfan Bus. Among them, Yutong sold 6,67 units of school buses which accounted for 40.38% market share.
2. Based on the various lengths, the sales of 6m-7m school buses is the biggest one which accounts for 42.67%. The second one is the 7m-8m school buses. The third one is 8m-9m school buses.The last one is the 3.5m-5m school buses
As for the famous bus builders such King Long Bus, Golden Dragon Bus, Ankai Bus, Huanghai Bus etc, though in Jan. 2012, they do not sell their school buses products, but in the near future, they will also have their achievement in China school bus markets due to their efforts.
