www.chinabuses.org: According to statistics from twenty-two listed China complete vehicle manufacturers, total operation revenue were 336,534,000,000 Yuan (49,459,016,321 USD), up 81.93% over last year. And total net profits increased by 191.64%.

 

Net Profit Margin of JMC exceeds BYD, Geely and Great Wall

 

And the top five listed enterprises with the highest profits are JMC (13.57%), BYD (9.99%), Great Wall (9.50%), Geely (8.71%) and CHANA (8.22%). The first five auto makers with net profit margin are Geely (10.02%), JMC (9.16%), BYD (7.30%), Yutong Bus (5.42%) and Great Wall (5.09%).

 

SAIC is still the company with highest operation revenue in the first half year, up to 147,618,000,000 Yuan (21,694,809,651 USD) but its net profit margin is only 3.98%, lower than the above mentioned auto makers as well as GAIG Changfeng (4.26%), FAW Xiali (5.90%), FAW cars (7.46%).

 

  
FAW Xiali and Great Wall lead growth of net profit margin

 

The first five passenger manufacturers with biggest net profit margins are FAW Xiali, Great Wall, JMC, CHANA, FAW car, up 4.72%, 4.41%, 4.41%, 3.67%, and 2.86%.

All bus builders profited and Yutong Bus was leading

 

We can find that bus manufacturers had lower net profit margins than passenger makers.

 


There were four domestic listed bus builders, Ankai, Yutong, Yaxing and Jinbei, made a net loss. And they all profited in the first half year. And net margins of Ankai, Zhongtong and Yaxing are 26,762,800 Yuan (3,933,218 USD), 15,588,500 Yuan (2,290,977 USD) and 714,600 Yuan (105,021 USD) respectively.

 

Net margin of Jinbei were 172,000,000 Yuan (25,278,131 USD), and the according net profit margin were 8.09%. However, their asset-liability ratio is still as high as 93.54%, adding extraordinary ite.

 


In terms of medium and large bus builders, Yutong Bus had the highest net profit margin, 6.55%, much higher than the following Shuguang Shares, 3.13%, and King Long Automobile, 1.32%, as well as other comprehensive auto enterprise with bus business like Dongfeng, Foton and JAC.
